For product teams & individuals

Product leadership
coaching.

The roadmap keeps changing. Customer conversations aren’t changing the plan. Or you’re taking on more responsibility and need someone to think it through with.

I work with product teams and individual PMs and leaders on the decisions in front of them, and the judgment those decisions require.

01 / With your team

Help the team make
the next hard decision.

For product teams and the leaders who support them, including teams with a CPO or VP of Product already in place.

A PM can learn better discovery habits and still come back to a roadmap that’s already been decided. Team coaching works on the product practice and the conditions around it.

Bring the work that’s getting stuck.

  • A priority that everyone agrees is urgent, for different reasons.
  • Customer interviews that produce notes but haven’t changed a decision.
  • A PM who needs more room to own a problem, and leaders unsure how much to step back.

We can work through a live roadmap discussion, examine the evidence behind a bet, or prepare for a customer conversation. The next step is something the team can try in its own work.

I work alongside product and engineering leaders. We agree where coaching will help and who owns the decisions before we begin.

02 / One to one

A place to work
through your own questions.

For product managers, senior PMs, and product leaders. Ongoing 1:1 coaching is a paid engagement, arranged directly with me. You can come on your own or with your employer’s support.

Some questions are hard to work out in the meeting where everyone expects you to have the answer. In 1:1 coaching, we can slow down, examine what’s happening, and prepare for what comes next.

Start with a situation you’re facing.

  • Planning discovery when the team thinks it already knows what to build.
  • Challenging a stakeholder’s request when you don’t have the authority to say no.
  • Taking on a broader role, supporting other PMs, or working out where to grow next.

Bring a draft, a difficult conversation, or a decision you’re circling. We can question the assumptions, rehearse the conversation, and work out what you want to do next.

How it works.

This is coaching from someone who has done the job. Most of the work is helping you get clear on what you think and what you’ll do about it. When you want to know what I’d do, ask, and I’ll tell you straight.

Sessions are 50 minutes, every two weeks, over video, and you set the agenda. If it’s not a good fit, or I can’t give it the time it needs, I’ll say so and point you to someone good. You can stop whenever it stops being useful.

What stays between us.

What you tell me in a session stays there. That holds when your company is paying: I don’t report back to your manager, your founder, or whoever signed the agreement, and they agree to that before we start. They’ll hear how it’s going from you, not from me.

How I take notes.

With your permission, I record and transcribe sessions using Granola, and I use AI tools (Claude and OpenAI) to review my notes and pick up follow-ups I missed. None of these tools train on your sessions. The notes stay with me. You can say no at the start or at any point, and nothing about the sessions changes.

Getting started

What are you working through?

A free 30-minute Clarity Call is a chance to talk about the situation and whether team or 1:1 coaching fits. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.

Before starting, we’ll agree the focus, session format, cadence, and fees. If your employer is paying, they agree up front that what we discuss stays between us.
