Who Am I
My Story
For 15+ years I’ve been dropped into messy, high-stakes environments, billions of data points, hundreds of millions in media spend, more roadmap resets than I can count.
The through-line is simple: make the hard decisions, keep customers in the room, and give the team something it can execute.
I started out on the founding team at Molecular, helping Fortune 1000s through the first wave of digital transformation. After that company was acquired, I shifted to startups — drawn to the creativity, urgency, and constant reinvention of building from scratch.

Founders: They need clarity on what to build next, and how to get there.
CTOs: They need traction, not another tool.
Teams: They need momentum, shipping faster, scaling smarter, or getting unstuck.
AI on the roadmap: They feel pressure to add it, but aren’t sure where it actually creates value.
How I Work
I talk to the people closest to the problem, make the tradeoffs visible, and turn the result into decisions the team can act on. Sometimes that means a roadmap. Sometimes it means a prototype, a pilot, or stopping work that should not be built.
