4. Fees and Payment
All fees are specified in a formal proposal, statement of work, or contract. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest or fees as outlined in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:
All materials, deliverables, frameworks, and tools created by Arvakura remain the property of Arvakura.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials internally for their business purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
7. Liability
Arvakura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
Arvakura may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
